Join me for this online Winter wellbeing workshop exploring and inspired by the Danish concept of Hygge.
In this 2-hour mini-retreat we’ll experience the Hygge sense of connection, warmth, ritual, comfort, cosy contentment and belonging to the moment via soothing yoga, meditation and journaling. Workshop includes:
Wear: your comfiest clothes for movement, warm layers and socks.
What you’ll need: yoga mat, journal and pen, a small blanket, pillows and cushions, your favourite herbal tea or hot drink.
