Saturday 19th December | 11am-1pm | Zoom | £15

Join me for this online Winter wellbeing workshop exploring and inspired by the Danish concept of Hygge.

In this 2-hour mini-retreat we’ll experience the Hygge sense of connection, warmth, ritual, comfort, cosy contentment and belonging to the moment via soothing yoga, meditation and journaling. Workshop includes:

  • Gentle and relaxing yoga practice incorporating elements of hatha, yin and restorative yoga. We will move slowly and mindfully, easing into our practice to calm and balance the mind and body.
  • Extended savasana and guided meditation to create inner calm, awareness and acceptance.
  • Journaling exercises
  • Mindful tea-drinking practice

Wear: your comfiest clothes for movement, warm layers and socks.

What you’ll need: yoga mat, journal and pen, a small blanket, pillows and cushions, your favourite herbal tea or hot drink.
