I am now offering weekly classes online via Zoom.
My Heart Centred Hatha class combines meditation, breath and movement to activate and balance our heart chakra, the energetic centre in our body associated with love, empathy, compassion, connection and self-acceptance.
The Weekend Wind-Down is a gentle movement and meditation class you can join from your mat or the comfort of your own bed. What a way to start the weekend! (Due to a change in my working patterns this class will now be pre-recorded and posted on Fridays at 7pm)
Sunday Soul is a relaxing yoga flow set to a soothing soul soundtrack – perfect for Sunday mornings!
